Programming involves the examination of all the
important components in the project and how they will
fit together in detail. It involves the entire process of
examining component square footages, adjacencies,
scope, and size.
Programming begins with the writing of a client's "wish
list" or listing of what the developer feels he/she would
like to have included in the project. DDI then works with
the developer to examine and justify each component in
terms of appropriate size and scope, industry standards,
competitive influences, and financial goals.
