announced today that Donald DeMars International had
confidentially been hired in early 2005 to act as the
principal consultant on design and operations for the
XPIO Club, a 64,000 square foot luxury fitness center to
be built in Zabeel Park in Dubai. Dubai is a highly
cosmopolitan trading capital and the club will serve the
fitness needs of a culturally diverse membership of
local residents, and both Europeans and Americans
working in Dubai.
