Management and operational consulting services are for the
pre-opening and day-to-day running of the facility. Options
include:

Under a client’s own management, DDI coordinates the
identification and training of key personnel, and
preparation of the operational philosophy, business
framework, and financial systems and details under which
the facility will be run.

DDI can also qualify, rate and recommend an appropriate
outside management firm to operate the facility.

DDI may itself present a proposal to manage the facility
under an incentive-based management contract.
